The CG14 Zip Groove wedges offer a perfect balance of performance, versatility, and forgiveness. The design integrates Cleveland Golf's most advanced manufacturing and feel technology with a tour scrutinized shape, sole and offset. Gelback, Cleveland Golf's lightweight, visco-elastic, vibration-damping material, is placed directly behind the hitting area of the clubface in the back cavity. Gelback is vibration-tuned to remove unwanted vibration on mis-hits while still allowing the player necessary feedback from the clubhead for a soft yet responsive feel. The wider sole design improves contact on full shots and helps prevent unnecessary digging on touch shots around the green.

To improve versatility, each head features a tour specified sole grind that removes material from the heel and toe sections of the sole. The tour offset on the CG14 provides players with a slightly different shape at the address position. On full shots, the offset allows players to drive the head down and through the impact zone- causing a more controlled flight. The milling technology of zip grooves creates a larger groove volume which channels more debris than traditional grooves at impact. Consistent spin is generated from all lies due to improved contact- making Zip Grooves perfect for players that expect optimal spin and distance control.

* LOW BOUNCE - The Low Bounce Wedge is an outstanding choice for shots from tight lies and firm turf conditions. The combination of less bounce and narrower sole width lowers the leading edge of the blade to promote clean contact on every shot. Perfect for players who like to be creative around the greens and in the bunkers and who have shallow attack angles through impact. Less bounce and narrower sole width make it easier to open the face and hit high, soft landing flop shots.
