Every Miscela club-driver, 3-wood, three Mid Woods (Mid-4, Mid-5 and Mid-6) and five irons (7-iron, 8-iron, 9-iron, pitching wedge and sand wedge) is engineered with a low, deep CG that makes them not only easy to get off the ground, but which also delivers a higher launch angle and higher spin rate. Together these factors make it easier to get the ball in the air and to keep the ball in the air longer, yielding superior distance.
Miscela's Mid Woods eliminate the need for hard-to-hit long irons. Based on the design of TaylorMade's popular Rescue Mid, Miscela's Mid Woods incorporate more offset, making them even easier to hit. Together, the game improvement features of the Mid Wood dramatically increase the success rate for hitting a great shot.
And because women often experience a significant lack of distance disparity between clubs, Miscela was engineered to help alleviate that problem. When devising Miscela's 10-club makeup, TaylorMade engineers carefully coordinated the length, loft and design of each wood, Mid-Wood and iron to allow the player to generate distinct differences in distance from one club to the next. Meaning she can make valuable use of every club in her bag, not just some clubs.
