Placing International Orders
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please CLICK HERE to contact us and request that we set up authorization to ship to your country.
New International Customers
For your protection, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any new International order, we must have a copy of the most recent credit card statement with the name and address of the customer the order is being billed to on file and a copy of a valid identification card. |When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Customs, Duties and Taxes
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties, taxes and customs clearance charges at the time an order arrives at its destination country. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. The Morton Golf Sales orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. Morton Golf Sales has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary greatly from country to country. If a shipment is refused duet to duties and taxes, the customer will be liable for any costs and fees incurred by Morton Golf Sales, LLC.
Most orders are shipped within two business days. There are some items (such as custom clubs, personalized items or quantity purchases) that may not be in stock at the time of the order and will be shipped directly to Morton Golf Sales from the vendor. These items can take 4-6 weeks before shipping to the destination country. Any delays in shipping will be immediately communicated to the customer. All International orders will ship once all items are in stock - no partial shipments will be sent.
Shipping Rates & Calculating Shipping
Once you have created an account, add all the items to your cart and click on "View Cart". Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed prior to any request for payment. Some additional shipping charges may apply on very large or oversized packages. These charges may apply to large golf bags and all packaged golf sets (those including a golf bag). Morton Golf Sales will contact you if additional shipping charges may apply and your credit card will not be charged unless the charges are approved. The customer always has the option to cancel an order for oversized shipments.
