Do I have to pay sales tax?
In compliance with sales tax laws, we automatically collect sales tax for those states that require it, based on the ship-to address you specify. If you are shipping to any states that require sales tax be collected, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "SIGN IN" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. Once signed in, go to "Account/Orders". Click on the Order # you wish to print. Click on the orange Print Invoice button.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order is placed.
