PING Golf G440 K MAX Drivers

For golfers looking to maximize speed and forgiveness, the G440 K introduces a new 32-gram adjustable back weight to help achieve PING's straightest and highest-MOI adjustable driver. Golfers experience maximum forgiveness and ball speed retention across the face with the ability to shift the CG by placing the weight in the Neutral, Draw or Fade position to dial in their shot shape.

The G440 K’s back weight is 4g heavier than the G430 MAX 10K fixed back weight (PING’s previous highest-MOI driver). This positions more weight to the perimeter of the driver to increase the MOI, and moves the CG deeper and lower, leading to more ball speed from the faster T9S+ face.

A Dual Carbonfly Wrap and Free-Hosel Technology save weight from the G440 K’s sole (3.5g), crown (1.5g), and hosel region. This saved weight is optimally placed on the perimeter of the driver’s head (including the backweight), positioning the CG lower and deeper for faster ball speed and increasing MOI for added forgiveness. PING’s Free-Hosel technology saves 3g from the heel section and increases flexing for ball-speed retention in that region of the face.

A composite crown bridge and acoustic sole ‘ribs’ attached to the crown and sole of the G440 K improve sound with a more muted and solid impact experience. The ribs damp unwanted vibrations by working to stiffen the crown and sole during impact.
